CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all software licenses, subscription services, and digital products purchased through the www.tecof.com platform operated by Tecof Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi.

1. NATURE OF SERVICE AND EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502 and Article 15, Paragraph 1, Clause (ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation dated 27.11.2014 titled "Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal"; "Services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" (software, source code, digital license, SaaS access, domain, etc.) are excluded from the legal right of withdrawal.

Services offered by Tecof Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi are delivered electronically to the user and made accessible immediately after the purchase is completed. Therefore, the legal 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal is NOT valid for this type of service.

2. TECOF SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND TECHNICAL REFUND CONDITIONS

Although not legally required, Tecof Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi offers a "Conditional Refund" option under certain conditions to maximize customer satisfaction. The user may request a refund within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase in the following cases:

  • The purchased software/service fails to operate due to a demonstrable technical error (bug, access issue, etc.) originating from Tecof Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, and this issue cannot be resolved by our technical support team within 72 hours,
  • Critical features promised on the sales page or promotional materials are missing in the purchased version,
  • According to system logs, the service has never been activated or the system has never been logged into since the date of purchase.

Situations Excluded from Refund Scope:

  • Subjective statements by the user such as "I changed my mind," "I no longer need it," or "I couldn't figure out how to use it,"
  • Issues arising from the user's own hardware, internet connection, or third-party integrations,
  • Domain name registration services (Refunds are not possible due to ICANN rules),
  • Cases where it is determined that the service was used for commercial purposes or data entry was performed.

3. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

Tecof Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi offers subscription models that renew on monthly and annual periods.

  • Cancellation Timing: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Tecof Management Panel under the "Subscription Settings" menu or by submitting a written notification to our support team.
  • Effective Period: The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle (Month or Year). You will continue to benefit from the full scope of the service until the end of the period.
  • Renewal: Cancelled subscriptions do not automatically renew at the end of the period, and no fee will be charged to your card.
  • No Partial Refund: No partial cash refund (pro-rata) is made for unused periods. The service remains open until the end of the paid period.

4. REFUND PROCESS

If your refund request is approved after being reviewed by our support team, the refund amount will be automatically reflected on the credit card or bank account used for payment via our payment infrastructure provider Iyzico. Depending on your bank's procedures, it may take 3 to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Refunds for installment payments may be made in installments in accordance with bank procedures.
