In this context, it is our Company's priority policy to process, store, and protect all kinds of personal data belonging to all persons associated with our Company, including those benefiting from our Company's products and services, in accordance with the law and rules of integrity.

1. METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

  • Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your collected personal data is processed by Tecof Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi for the following objectives in order to provide the products and services offered in the best way possible:

  • Performing membership transactions, opening user records, and ensuring account security,
  • Performance of SaaS (Software as a Service) services and providing technical support,
  • Collection of service fees, issuance of e-invoice/e-archive invoice, and ensuring financial reconciliations,
  • Evaluating and resolving customer requests, complaints, and suggestions,
  • Internal reporting, business development, and increasing service quality activities,
  • Conducting information security processes and fulfilling notification obligations to authorized public institutions.

3. TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED

Tecof Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi may share your personal data with the following parties within the framework of the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK:

  • Payment Service Providers: With Iyzico Payment Services Inc. and relevant banks for the secure realization of payments made by credit card.
  • Official Institutions and Organizations: With the General Directorate of Security, Prosecutors' Offices, Courts, Revenue Administration, and other administrative authorities to which we are obliged to provide information pursuant to laws.
  • Service Suppliers: With data centers, cloud computing service providers, and e-invoice integrators from whom we receive services for the secure storage of data.

4. RIGHTS OF THE DATA OWNER (KVKK ARTICLE 11)

  • To request information if your personal data has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
  • To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • To request compensation for the damage in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
