01. Project Details
Appointment-oriented businesses - health, consulting, beauty, law, education, real estate and similar sectors - were mostly managing their appointments by phone, text and manual calendars, and handling payment, reminder and staff management with fragmented tools. The industry lacked a reliable and scalable product that met this need on a single platform. Asistano was defined as a brand and product to be launched from scratch to fill this gap; there was no existing project or infrastructure, a completely new SaaS product was to be developed.
02. Project Delivery
As Tecof, we designed and developed Asistano from scratch: SaaS-based online appointment management platform and accompanying website. We built an experience where customers can create appointments 24/7 with a single appointment link, schedule recurring appointments and make online payments. On the business side, we built a scalable infrastructure where they can manage the entire appointment flow from a single panel with unlimited personnel and customer management, income-expense and receivable tracking, statistics panel and reminder mechanisms.
03. Conclusion
With Asistano, businesses can now manage their appointments end-to-end on a single digital platform. While customers can make online appointments whenever they want thanks to the shared appointment link, businesses have significantly reduced their workload with functions such as unlimited appointment reminders, personnel and calendar management, income-expense and receivable tracking. With a noticeable increase in both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, Asistano has become a powerful digital colleague for appointment-oriented businesses.
